On Monday 22 February 2021, Rachel Tongue, Chief Financial Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 1,376 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Group Sharesave Scheme at a three year option price of £13.0774 per share.

As a result Mrs Tongue now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 6,860 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
