The Company was informed that on 23 March 2021 Elaine O'Donnell, Chair of Games Workshop, gifted to her husband, Mr Andrew Curwen, 700 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, and gifted to her son, Mr Niall Curwen, 100 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
