The Company was also informed that on 19 January 2018 Max Bottrill, Head of Product and Supply at Games Workshop and a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 550 Ordinary Shares at a price of £24.96.

As a result Mr Bottrill and his wife now have an ultimate beneficial interest of 10,803 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
