DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The Company was informed yesterday that on the same day Elaine O'Donnell, Non-executive director of Games Workshop, acquired 1,800 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 541.46 pence per share. 

The Company was also informed that on the same day Andrew Curwen, husband of Elaine O'Donnell, acquired 1,793 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 543.36 pence per share.

As a result Ms O'Donnell now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 5,093 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
