("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed on 1 December 2014 that on 28 November 2014 Kevin Rountree, Chief Operating Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 369 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company under the Company's dividend reinvestment plan at a price of 545 pence per share. 

The aggregate holding of Mr Rountree, has therefore increased to 15,552 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
