In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), Games Workshop announces that Elaine O'Donnell, chair of Games Workshop, has become an independent non-executive director of The Gym Group Plc ("The Gym Group"), and chair of The Gym Group's Audit and Risk Committee, with effect from 30 August 2022.
