EXPLANATORY NOTE

On May 31, 2022, Gambling.com Group Limited (NASDAQ: GAMB) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the period ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. In conjunction with the conference call being held on May 31, 2022 to discuss such financial results, the Company is furnishing a copy of the slide presentation that provides supplemental information regarding the Company’s business and its financial results, and which will be referenced on that conference call. A copy of the presentation is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated by reference herein.
