Dear Sirs,

Caixa-Banco de Investimento ("CaixaBI"), acting as Agent, hereby informs you of the details regarding the interest payment of the 1st coupon of the Notes "EUR 500,000,000 1.00 per cent. Notes due 15 February 2023" issued by Galp Energia SGPS, S.A. and listed on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market since November 15, 2017.

The interest on the Notes will be paid through Interbolsa on February 15, 2018, as follows (per Note):

Gross Interest *	252,05 EUR

*Subject to taxes in accordance with the applicable tax rules and rates on the date of payment

CaixaBI will be the Paying Agent.
