Caixa-Banco de Investimento ("CaixaBI"), acting as Agent, hereby informs you of the details regarding the interest payment of the 4rd coupon of the Notes "EUR 500,000,000 3% Notes due 2021" issued by Galp Energia SGPS, S.A. and listed on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market since January 14, 2014.

The interest on the Notes will be paid through Interbolsa on january 15, 2018, as follows (per Note):

Gross Interest *	3.000,00 EUR

*Subject to taxes in accordance with the applicable tax rules and rates on the date of payment

CaixaBI will be the Paying Agent.
