GALLIFORD TRY HOLDINGS PLC ("Galliford Try", or the "Company") announces that on 7 January 2026 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary shares of 50p each from Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the buyback programme announced on 17 September 2025.

This figure 100,843,306 represents the total number of voting rights in Galliford Try and can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
