CONFIRMATION OF RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As previously announced on 18 January and 8 March 2023, Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, confirms that Gavin Slark, Non-Executive Director of the Board, has stepped down and leaves the business today.
