CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COMMITTEE CHANGES

As previously announced on 15 March 2022, Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, confirms that Alison Wood formally joined the Board as a Non-executive Director today.  Alison also became a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination committees on appointment.
