Non-Executive Appointment and Board Changes

Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction groups, confirms that in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Jeremy Townsend, Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, with effect from 6 July 2020.  

In addition, Jeremy Townsend has notified the Board of his intention to step down from the Group later this year.
