Update on Exercise of Warrants

Further to the announcement of 23 December 2020, Galileo Resources plc ("Galileo "or the "Company") confirms that the 3,750,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants in the Company will now be admitted to trading on AIM on 6 January 2021.
