Galileo (AIM: GLR), the exploration and development mining company, was notified today, that Colin Bird, CEO & Chairman of the Company, bought 2,600,000 Galileo ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of 0.1 pence each at a price of 0.7346 pence per ordinary share in the Company today. Following this transaction, Colin Bird is interested in 63,035,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.
