DIRECTORS'  DEALINGS

The Company has been informed today that Colin Bird,  Director, as part of a divorce settlement, has transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to his former wife Mrs E Bird, for nil consideration, and that such transfer was effected on 18 March 2013.

Accordingly Mr Bird now holds 42,200,000 ordinary shares of 5p each or 47.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
