Director resignation

The Board of Galileo Resources Plc (AIM: GLR), the emerging African Rare Earth exploration and development company, announces the resignation today of Dr Robin ("Jock") Harmer as Technical director,  in order  to allow him to focus on his other consultancy commitments.

The Company will continue to retain Jock Harmer as a technical consultant to the Company and Andrew Sarosi, Director, will assume the  role of Technical Director in the interim.
