Galileo Mining Ltd (ASX: GAL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Galileo Mining Ltd (‘GAL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GAL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 8 September 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

GALILEO MINING LTD (ASX: GAL) ‐ REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Galileo Mining Ltd ( Company ) requests a halt in trading of its securities, pending the Company making an announcement regarding the outcome of a proposed capital raising ( Capital Raising ).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding this request:

1. The Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 8[th] September 2021 and the release of an announcement regarding the Capital Raising, whichever is the earlier.

2. The event that the Company expects will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph 1 above.

3. The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
