Galileo Mining Ltd ( ASX : GAL, “ Galileo ” or the “ Company ”) advises that it has issued 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares (“ Shares ’) following the completion of the Placement to raise $6.5 million as announced on 8 September 2021.

1. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

2. As at the date of this notice, there is not any “excluded information” (within the meaning of Sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act) in relation to the Company.
