Galileo Mining Limited (ASX:GAL) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Galileo Mining Limited (‘GAL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GAL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 6 July 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

GALILEO MINING LTD (ASX: GAL) ‐ REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Galileo Mining Ltd (the “Company”) requests an immediate halt on its securities (ASX: GAL) pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising ( Capital Raising ).
The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the release of the announcement regarding the Capital Raising or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 6[th] July 2022.
The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
