Description
Galileo Mining Ltd (the ‘Company’) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (‘ASX’) today, Friday, 25 May 2018.
Official quotation of the Company’s ordinary fully paid shares is expected to commence at 12:00 PM AEST on Tuesday, 29 May 2018.
The Company raised $15 million pursuant to the offer under its prospectus dated 6 April 2018 (‘Prospectus’) by the issue of 75,000,000 shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share.
