Galileo Mining Ltd (ASX: GAL) (“Company”) advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 19 October 2023 at 10.00am (WST) at the offices of HLB Mann Judd, Level 4, 130 Stirling Street, Perth, Western Australia ( AGM ).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 11.2 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of valid nominations to be considered for election as a director must be received in writing no later than 5.00pm (WST) on 7 September 2023 at the Company’s registered office.
Further information on the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be released to ASX on or before 18 September 2023.
