COMPLETION OF PURCHASE OF SELECTED ASSETS OF DONAGHYS INDUSTRIES LIMITED
On 15 November 2004, Gale Pacific Limited (the Company) announced that it had entered into a contract to purchase selected assets, the corresponding customer base and the intellectual property of the industrial and knitted fabrics operations of Donaghys Industries Limited of New Zealand for NZ\$15 million (approximately A\$13.65 million).
The Company is pleased to announce that the purchase was completed today.
