2016 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – CHAIRMAN’S ADDRESS TO SHAREHOLDERS

Before the main business of the meeting I would like to make some brief comments about the Company’s recent performance and, following this, our Group Managing Director Nick Pritchard will give a more detailed presentation on the Company's business strategy, operations, results and current trading conditions.

It is pleasing to report that due, in large part, to the foundations laid from the implementation of key operational strategies, the Company was able to report strong financial results in the 2015/16 financial year, declare an increased dividend and deliver a strengthened balance sheet able to fund further growth initiatives.

On behalf of the Directors I would also like to thank Nick and the management team for the achievements made over the past two years.
