Mr. Ioffe was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Virtu Financial and prior to that spent over 15 years as the Chief Financial Officer for the brokerage business at Interactive Brokers. Mr. Ioffe is taking over the role from Ashwin Prithipaul.
