Notification of voting rights

Galaxy Cosmos Mezz PLC ("the Company") announces, in accordance with Article 14 of the Alternative Market Regulation, as in force, and following relevant notification from "HOLD Alapkezelő Zrt." dated September 26, 2025, that the latter holds indirectly via the following UCITS and AIF investment vehicles:

as of February 13, 2025, 5,482,892 common registered voting shares of a nominal value of €0.0736 each, namely 6.31% of the total number of 86,941,164 common shares and voting rights of the Company.

HOLD Alapkezelő Zrt. further states in the above notification that due to a one-off software parameterization malfunction, the aggregate position number was erroneously calculated since the end of January and that the submission to the Company was made promptly upon discovery of the error.
