Door de uitoefening van warrants in de uitoefenperiode van 16 maart tot 29 maart 2012, heeft Galapagos op 5 april 2012 137.414 nieuwe aandelen uitgegeven met als gevolg een totale kapitaalverhoging van €1.099.662,27 (inclusief uitgiftepremie). Op datum van vandaag bedraagt het maatschappelijk kapitaal van Galapagos €143.669.252,55; het totaal aantal stemrechtverlenende effecten bedraagt 26.558.855 hetgeen tevens gelijk is aan het totaal aantal stemrechten (de "noemer"); alle stemrechtverlenende effecten en alle stemrechten zijn van dezelfde categorie. Het totaal aantal rechten (warrants) om in te schrijven op nog niet uitgegeven stemrechtverlenende effecten bedraagt 3.190.376 hetgeen tevens gelijk is aan het totaal aantal stemrechten dat bij de uitoefening van die warrants kan worden verkregen. Galapagos heeft geen in stemrechtverlenende effecten converteerbare obligaties noch aandelen zonder stemrecht uitstaan.
Following warrant exercises during the exercise period from 16 March through 29 March 2012, Galapagos issued 137,414 new ordinary shares on 5 April 2012 for a total capital increase (including issuance premium) of €1,099,662.27. To date, Galapagos' total share capital amounts to €143,669,252.55; the total number of securities conferring voting rights is 26,558,855 which is also the total number of voting rights (the "denominator"), and all securities conferring voting rights and all voting rights are of the same category. The total number of rights (warrants) to subscribe to not yet issued securities which confer voting rights is 3,190,376 which is also the total number of voting rights that may result from the exercise of these warrants. Galapagos does not have any convertible bonds or shares without voting rights outstanding.
