RESULTS OF SPP

Galan Lithium Limited (ASX:GLN) ( Galan or the Company ) wishes to advise the outcome of the Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ), announced on 16 April 2025 and extended on 15 May 2025 which closed on Friday, 6 June 2025.

Under the SPP, the Company received applications for 3,045,436 new shares ( SPP Shares ), raising $335,000.

3,045,436 SPP Shares were issued pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 7.2 (Exception 5) and will not utilise any of the Company's existing capacity.

The Company would like to thank all shareholders who participated in the SPP.
