Extension of Entitlement Offer Closing Date

Dempsey Minerals Limited (ASX:DMI) (‘Dempsey or ‘the Company’) advises that it has extended the Closing Date of its non renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer to Shareholders to Friday, 4 March 2016. Dempsey has decided to extend the Closing Date in response to a number of shareholders advising that there had been a delay in them receiving their Prospectus and Entitlement and Acceptance Form.
