GAIL(INDIA) LIMITED: Intimation of date of 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-25 & Record date for Final Dividend for FY 2024-25

This is to inform that the Forty-First AGM of the members of GAIL (India) Limited will be held on Friday, 29th August, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).

Further, in continuation to letter dated 13th May, 2025, the Company has fixed Monday, August 4, 2025 as the 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of members to receive final dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if so approved by the members in aforesaid AGM.
