Board Meeting Intimation of GAIL (INDIA) LIMITED - Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 th June, 2025 and Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform  that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 28 th July, 2025 to inter-alia, consider the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30 th June, 2025.

Further, in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 27 th March, 2025, specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited, which was already closed from Tuesday, 1 st July, 2025 shall remain closed till Wednesday, 30 th July, 2025 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
