We wish to inform you that Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (' Listing Regulation") the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held on 20[th] October, 2021 appointed Mr. Ratan Noshir Karanjia as Chief Financial Officer and Executive of the Company. Afterwards due to health issues Mr. Ratan Karanjia has resigned from the position as CFO of the Company and consented to continue as Non-Executive Director.

Therefore, The Company at its meeting held on 08[th] November, 2021 has approved his position as Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the Company.
