As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulation, 2019, effective July 25, 2019, the ‘Trading Restriction Period’ shall be made applicable from the end of quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results.

In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company shall be closed from closure of business hours of September 30, 2021 on BSE and NSE and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended September 30, 2021.
