REFERENCE: INTIMATION DATED JANUARY 24, 2023 REGARDING THE NOTICE OF POSTAL BALLOT:

Dear Sir/Madam,

In furtherance to the mentioned reference, we hereby draw your attention to the Notice of Postal Ballot dated January 23, 2023, (“Notice”) of the Stampede Capital Limited (“the Company”), as circulated to the Members of the Company on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and Corrigendum dated February 17, 2023, to the notice, wherein, subsequent to the circulation of the same, the Company deemed it appropriate to correct Explanatory Statement to the said Notice.

Accordingly, a Corrigendum to the Notice as attached hereby in Annexure-I , is being issued and the same has already been sent via e-mail to all the members of the company on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

All other contents of the Notice, save and except as amended/clarified by this Corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.

We further intend to inform that the proposed allottee named Mr. Anjaneyulu Kandukuri has sold 1 share after the relevant date i.e., January 23, 2023. Therefore, the same was discovered by the Company after making an in-principal approval application which was immediately informed to the Exchanges.

CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF POSTAL BALLOT DATED JANUARY 23, 2023 OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2022-23

Stampede Capital Limited (“the Company”) issued the Notice of Postal Ballot (“Notice”) dated January 23, 2023, to the members of the Company on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, and Corrigendum on February 17, 2023. Subsequent to the Circulation and Publication of the same, the Company deemed it appropriate to correct the Explanatory Statement to the Notice of Postal Ballot (“Explanatory Statement”) which is directed by Stock Exchanges during the processing of the application of in-principal approval.

We would like to inform you that there has been a modification in Point (Q) of the Explanatory Statement pursuant to Item No. 01 & 02, and points (P) and (Q) thereafter pursuant to Item No. 03 & 04 of the Notice and that necessary alterations thereto have been carried out by the Company. Accordingly, a Corrigendum in this regard is being issued to the members and all other concerned Stakeholders and the same has already been sent via e-mail to all the shareholders of the company on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

On and from the date hereof, the Notice shall always be read in conjunction with this Corrigendum that shall form an integral part of the Notice.
