REFERENCE: REGULATION 30 AND 42 READ WITH SCHEDULE III OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (“SEBI”) (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 (“THE LISTING REGULATIONS”) READ WITH SEBI CIRCULAR SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 DATED JULY 13, 2023.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the Outcome of the Right Issue Committee Meeting held on April 22, 2025 the Record date has been updated from Saturday, 26[th] April, 2025 . To Monday, 28[th] April, 2025.

Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 68 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018:

Therefore, in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [“SEBI (LODR), Regulations”] and rules made there under, the new Record Date is now fixed for Monday, 28[th] April, 2025 as ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders of the Company for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the Rights Issue. Further, in terms of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2 /CIR/P/2020/l 3 dated January 22, 2020, the Company has made necessary arrangement with NSDL and CDSL for the credits of the Rights Entitlements in dematerialized form in the demat account of the eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date. The Rights Entitlement of the eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date, shall be credited prior to the issue opening date, in the respective demat account of the eligible equity shareholders.

Further, in terms of the SEBI circular bearing reference SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2/CIR/P/2020/13 the Company has made necessary arrangements with NSDL and CDSL for credit of the Rights Entitlements in dematerialized form in the demat accounts of the Eligible Equity Shareholders. The Rights Entitlements of Eligible Equity Shareholders as on record date shall be credited, prior to the issue opening date, in their respective demat accounts
