Dear Sir/Madam,

Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 68 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018:

We refer to our letter dated 22[nd] April, 2025 with regard to Intimation of Record Date for the Rights Entitlements to be credited for the purpose of Rights Issue. We request you to read the record date as Monday, 28[th] April, 2025 instead of Saturday, 26[th] April, 2025.

Therefore, in terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 [“SEBI (LODR), Regulations”] and rules made there under, the new Record Date is now fixed for Monday, 28[th] April, 2025 as ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders of the Company for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the Rights Entitlement in the Rights Issue. Further, in terms of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2 /CIR/P/2020/l 3 dated January 22, 2020, the Company has made necessary arrangement with NSDL and CDSL for the credits of the Rights Entitlements in dematerialized form in the demat account of the eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date. The Rights Entitlement of the eligible equity shareholders as on the Record Date, shall be credited prior to the issue opening date, in the respective demat account of the eligible equity shareholders.

Further, in terms of the SEBI circular bearing reference SEBI/HO/CFD/DIL2/CIR/P/2020/13 the Company has made necessary arrangements with NSDL and CDSL for credit of the Rights Entitlements in dematerialized form in the demat accounts of the Eligible Equity
