Subject: Outcome of the Meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of GACM Technologies Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 – Allotment of Equity Shares and EQ-DVR.

With reference to captioned subject and in furtherance of Rights Issue of the Company, this is to inform that in terms of the Letter of Offer dated April 22, 2024 and in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with BSE Limited(BSE) (Designated Stock Exchange), and the Registrar to the Issue, the Rights Issue Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on today, i.e., June 14, 2025, approved the allotment of 42,21,68,122 Rights Equity Shares of face value of ₹1/- each at a price of ₹1/- per Rights Equity Share and 7,14,47,440 Rights EQ-DVR of face value of ₹1/- each at a price of ₹1/- per Rights EQ DVR.
