With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that the company has entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with WATERWALK AUTOMATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a Company having registered office at 116, Rajprabha Udyog Nagar, Ext 3 Bld 3 Golani Naka, Waliv Road Vasai East , Vasai, Maharashtra, India - 401208.

Five Hundred lakhs). 2. This Agreement shall commence upon the Effective Date, as stated above, and will continue until 31 March 2026.
