Further, we wish to inform that in pursuance of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Person and their immediate relatives from the date of this letter, 1% December, 2023 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
