This is with reference to the disclosure made by Gabriel India Limited (“the Company”) vide letter dated January 24, 2025, to acquire assets (fixed assets and inventory) from Marelli Motherson Auto Suspension Parts Pvt. Ltd. (MMAS), a 50:50 Joint Venture between Marelli Europe S.P.A and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited.

Since all the condition precedents of the aforesaid transaction are duly completed, the Company has now completed transaction on April 1, 2025.
