Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the listing regulations (as amended), this is to inform you that upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has approved through a resolution passed by circulation on February 28, 2025, the appointment of Mr. Prashanth SN as the Chief Technical Officer of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2025. He shall be part of the Senior Management of the Company.

The details required to be disclosed as per Schedule III of the Listing Regulations including the brief profile of Mr. Prashanth SN is enclosed as Annexure-A.

Prashanth's expertise is further bolstered by his prior role as a Product Development Engineer at Kernel Techno Soft, making him a seasoned leader in the field of disruptive automotive technologies.
