Dear Sir/ Madam,

We hereby inform that the 62[nd ] AGM of the members of Gabriel India Limited (’Company’) will be held on Wednesday August 14, 2024 at 02.30 p.m. IST physically at the registered office of the Company situated at the 29[th ] milestone, Pune-Nashik Highway, Village Kuruli, Taluka Khed, Pune- 410501 in compliance with all the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules made thereunder (‘Act’) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with all the applicable circulars on the matter issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (‘MCA’) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’), to transact the business set out in the Notice of AGM dated May 23, 2024.

For Declaration of Dividend and to conduct Annual General Meeting, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, August 08, 2024, to Wednesday, August 14, 2024 (both days inclusive).

Dividend, as may be declared at the AGM, will be paid to those members whose names stand on the Register of Members as at the end of business hours on Wednesday, August 07, 2024 being the Cutoff date (‘Record Date’) for the aforesaid purpose.
