Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr John Newlands as an independent non-executive director of the Company.

The Chairman, Marc Gabelli, said he was delighted that Mr Newlands had agreed to join the Board and that the Board would benefit greatly from his knowledge and experience.

In relation to Mr Newlands' appointment there are no matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.

Mr Newlands is an existing director of CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited and TOC Property Backed Lending Trust PLC.
