Director Appointment

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr James Scrymgeour-Wedderburn as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Chairman, Marc Gabelli, said he was delighted that Mr Wedderburn had agreed to join the Board and said he expected that the Board would benefit greatly from his knowledge and experience.

In relation to Mr Wedderburn's appointment there are no matters requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.

Mr Wedderburn has not been a Director of another publicly quoted companies in the past five years:
