Dispatch of replacement bidder's statement

In accordance with subsection 633(1) item 8 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) G8 Education Limited ACN 123 828 553 ( G8 Education ) gives notice that it has today completed sending its replacement bidder’s statement dated 20 August 2015 (which replaces the bidder’s statement dated 30 July 2015 as supplemented by the first supplementary bidder’s statement dated 3 August 2015), which includes its offers in relation to the off-market bid by G8 Education under Chapter 6 of the Corporations Act, to the holders of ordinary shares in Affinity Education Group Limited ACN 163 864 195 ( Affinity Education ) as set out in the register of Affinity Education members as at 31 July 2015 (being the date set by G8 Education under subsection 633(2) Corporations Act).

The date of the offers in the replacement bidder’s statement is 21 August 2015.
