Correction – Appendix 3Y

The attached 3Y corrects a recently discovered clerical error which was made in March this year.

Several Appendix 3Y forms were lodged in March on respect of changes in the relevant interest of Director Mr Greg Kern. All trades were made within a trading window set by the Company’s securities trading policy and appendix 3Y notifications were made within the prescribed times. However a clerical error resulted in a minor discrepancy in the number of share acquisitions reported. The discrepancy was 34,541 shares representing less than 0.1% of the Company’s shares on issue

The Company has in place standard contracts requiring Directors to disclose trades in Company shares so that the Company is able to comply with its disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A. Those obligations and the Company’s Securities Trading Policy have been closely adhered to. This numeric discrepancy is an anomaly and the Company does not believe that any change to existing procedures is required for continued compliance.
