Capital raising to fund continued growth in G8
G8 Education Limited (ASX: GEM) is pleased to announce that, following the recent successful placement of 30.79 million shares to sophisticated and professional investors first announced on 26 September 2012, eligible shareholders will also have the opportunity to participate in a Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ).
Under the SPP, eligible shareholders may acquire shares in G8 Education up to a value of $15,000 per shareholder at a price of $1.15 per share, subject to a total value of $11.5 million.
Proceeds from the SPP will provide working capital to fund the Company’s current acquisition strategies.
