SETTLEMENT OF LITTLE EINSTEIN’S ACQUISITION
The directors of G8 Education Limited (ASX: GEM) are pleased to announce settlement of the acquisition of the Little Einstein’s group of premium childcare and education centres located in NSW.
The purchase price for the seven centres was $9.2 million which represents 4 times anticipated EBIT for the 12 months post settlement.
The acquisition was funded from existing cash reserves.
