NEWS RELEASE

G6 Materials Announces Suspension of Trading by the TSX Venture Exchange

Ronkonkoma, New York, USA – December 9, 2024- G6 Materials Corp. ("G6" or the "Company") (TSXV: GGG, OTCQB: GPHBF), announces that effective December 4, 2024 the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") suspended trading of the Company's securities as a result of the issuance of a Cease Trade Order by the British Columbia Securities Commission, as announced in a news release issued by the Company on November 20, 2024. A copy of the Exchange bulletin can be obtained at tmx.com.

Notice of Transfer to NEX

If the Company does not complete its reinstatement to Tier 2, as evidenced by the issuance of an Exchange bulletin, and/or is unable to meet Tier 2 Continued Listing Requirements by March 5, 2025, the Exchange may transfer the securities of the Company to NEX, without further notice to the Company.
