G2 Technologies Corp. consolidated its common shares on the basis of 20 pre-consolidated shares into 1 post-consolidated Common Shares (the “ Share Consolidation ”) effective January 4, 2021.

At the open of market on Monday, January 4, 2021 the company will commence trading on a consolidated basis. The new CUSIP and ISIN numbers are 36260L201 and CA36260L2012 respectively.

G2 Technologies Corp. is a reporting issuer in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.

The effective date for the Share Consolidation is January 4, 2021.

On January 4, 2021, the Company filed on SEDAR a material change report pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
